 Free Personal Assessment & Intake

Following your consultation, we’ll conduct a free personal assessment and intake. This in-depth evaluation allows us to understand your current fitness level, nutritional needs, and overall wellness status. It ensures that your personalized fitness plan is truly built around you.

With your personalized plan in hand, you’ll begin the program,  where Dawn will provide one-on-one support and guidance.
