INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

  • 3/4 cup non dairy yogurt (I love coconut)

  • 3/4 cup almond milk

  • 2-T maple syrup (Not pancake)

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1/4 cup berries (Your choice)

  • 1 Teaspoon slivered, almonds

  • Put all ingredients into mason jar (I do 3-4 for the week)
     

  • Put in the fridge overnight.
     

  • Sprinkle the top with cinnamon (Great for inflammation)
