3/4 cup non dairy yogurt (I love coconut)

3/4 cup almond milk

2-T maple syrup (Not pancake)

1/4 cup chia seeds

1/4 cup berries (Your choice)

1 Teaspoon slivered, almonds

Put all ingredients into mason jar (I do 3-4 for the week)

Put in the fridge overnight.

Sprinkle the top with cinnamon (Great for inflammation)
