10 minute Garlicky Shrimp

What an excellent choice to incorporate green beans – truly a superfood!

The combination of the beans' freshness, the enticing aroma of garlic, and the subtle spiciness from the crushed red pepper makes for an incredibly satisfying experience for your palate, heart, and mind.

​

Indulging in this delightfully delicious dish is like a trigger for all your happy endorphins - pure bliss on a plate!

INGREDIENTS

  • 3-5 Shrimp 2 Cloves of garlic (Shrimp is optional and can be substituted with either salmon or chicken.)
     

  • 2 Cups Fresh Green Beans
     

  • 1/4 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper (optional)
     

  • Celtic Salt
     

  • Garlic Powder
     

  • Avocado Oil

DIRECTIONS

  • Wash shrimp place on paper towel to dry (5-10 minutes)
     

  • 2 Cups Green beans(trim ends) fresh is Best you want them crispy
     

  • Finally diced up two cloves of garlic
     

  • In Large skillet,Heat 1 Tbsp of Avocado Oil
     

  • Be sure oil is hot
     

  • Place shrimp in skillet do not overcrowd.
     

  • Cook for 60 seconds on one side,60 to 90 seconds on the other.
     

  • Take shrimp out set aside when they are pink. (they will not be undercooked you're going to re-cook them with the green beans)
     

  • In the same hot pan throw in your green beans. Sprinkle with Celtic salt and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.
     

  • Toss with tongues, every few seconds.
     

  • After about two minutes, add an eighth of a cup of water.
     

  • Be careful this lets off a lot of steam.
     

  • After four minutes add in your fresh garlic toss that for another minute.
     

  • Toss in your shrimp Dinner or lunch is served.
